If a client is dissatisfied with their results, we will assess the concern and discuss suitable options. Refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction with results alone.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and changes to their health before treatment.
Deposits and prepaid packages are non-refundable.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit or session.
By proceeding with treatment, the client acknowledges that they understand the treatment, its risks, expected outcomes, and this refund policy.
To maintain fairness and efficient scheduling, appointments can only be rescheduled once. Any additional rescheduling will require a new booking deposit, and existing deposits may be forfeited.
